Woodstock is a family owned and operated business and division of Smith Contracting Limited, an agricultural contracting company based in Upper Hutt. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality firewood possible at competitive rates. We stand behind what we sell and guarantee our delivered wood to be as it”s described.

We source a lot of our logs direct from contacts in the Forestry industry. We take their rejected logs and turn them into quality firewood. These are logs that would otherwise be left on skid sites and over banks to rot away over several years. By taking these logs and turning them into firewood it helps clean up logging sites and reduces the risk of these logs causing environmental issues down the track.

We produce our wood using two different wood processors taking full logs, cutting, splitting and cleaning them before loading so we know what we are sending out is the best quality, cleanest wood we can produce. We then deliver our wood directly to clients in the Wellington Region.
